Lance Armstrong, You Make Me VOMIT

Lance Armstrong, a role model for so many of today's youth, comes forth with a manipulative interview, seeking forgiveness? redemption? support? from a world he abused through his actions and deception. 

How could we possibly forgive you, Armstrong, when you have done nothing to make retribution to the countless victims whom you attacked with your retaliation efforts.  Demonstrating true remorse would be to face those you have harmed and repay them fully and publicly, for all the damage you have done.  Choosing to out your fellow cyclists  for their own problems is not a demonstration of remorse in any way.  If you really cared, you would help those around you with substance abuse problems, as a person of strong character would do.  

Armstrong, you are weak.  You are a sad little man, cheating at every turn, bullying those brave enough to stand up to you and tell the truth.  I am not sure what your latest ploy truly represents other than further manipulation on a grand scale, but at least now the truth can no longer be denied, even by the most loyal of fans.  

How dare you break the hearts of so many children who looked up to you as a true hero, as someone who worked at their passion their whole life to achieve success!  You deserve to be punished to the full extent of the law for the multiple crimes you have committed, but I imagine you will just get more press and more money out of this stunt.  It seems when a criminal has unlimited income as you do, the law does not apply.  So I imagine you will continue living your millionaire lifestyle while 1000's of decent citizens go to prison for the most petty of crimes, whether actually committed or not.  

Just remember Armstrong:

Tragic Duping of Manti Te'o...or Was It?

What kind of person would convince someone to fall in love with them, not because they loved them back, not for attention, not even to scam them for money or some other desire, but instead to then convince them that they died from leukemia?? This is the unimaginable story of what Manti Te'o claims happened to him with internet girlfriend, Lennay Kekua. Whether or not this story is even true is debatable. Let's take a closer look at the evidence, shall we?

Exhibit #1: Manti Te'o is a successful college football player, attractive, adored by many visible, local women.

Exhibit #2: Manti Te'o never met Lennay Kekua in person, even though the relationship had been going on for a year and was considered serious.

Exhibit #3: Manti Te'o allegedly had numerous other (well-known) relations with females at Notre Dame while supposedly enthralled by this online diva.

Exhibit #4: The publicity gained by the double tragedy of Manti Te'o's grandmother and girlfriend dying on the same day made Notre Dame and Te'o household names, even for non-sports fanatics.

Exhibit #5: According to Deadspin.com, fellow teammates react to the news stating they believe Te'o is a "very good" actor and would create such a story to fuel his Heisman campaign.

With the evidence laid out on the table...what do you think really happened?

AJ McCarron vs. Katherine Webb who's HOTTER?

So did you catch that Alabama game last night? I don't know what was more exciting, the game or the frenzy generated by AJ McCarron's girlfriend, Miss Alabama Katherine Webb! Impressive jump on followers for Ms. Webb, as stated on Yahoo News: "My followers went from 2,300 this morning to 96,000 by the end of the night. I don't know if I should even check now. I don't know what's going on."

It seems to me that Ms. Webb nearly stole the post game celebration from McCarron! I have to say the "mama's boy" comment was out of line. Don't downplay someone for holding their parents in the highest regard. If other teens/young adults had the same respect for their parents, much of the senseless violence running rampant would come to an end. It's all about respect. I am sure Ms. Webb meant it in the kindest way possible, but it still gives the press something to run with as a weakness on McCarron's part. Everyone can see he is a hero in this game with 3 national championships claimed and more to come...
